How does a growing seafood retailer develop its brand to meet the needs of a changing consumer while retaining and expanding its trade relationships?
Concurrent with the redesign of its retail and restaurant spaces, Lobster Place leveraged the opportunity to relaunch its brand. Lobster Place tasked Onethread with exploring the customer retail experience through environmental signage which laid the foundation for the visual language across all communication channels. Since the Lobster Place relaunch in 2014, Onethread has developed and managed all consumer, trade and corporate communications across in-store signage, collateral, packaging, and online.
